Otaku Review

Well, I hope that no one here was really THAT excited about seeing the new Tenchi Muyo spinoff, ‘Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari’, air on Japanese television this spring. No that doesn’t mean that the series has been called off but the format has been revised into a 13 episode OVA instead of a thirteen episode TV series. Originally the sci-fi Tenchi spinoff was set to air starting in April but now the first episode will only be available via Animax pay per view at the end of March and then rental starting April 22^nd before finally officially going on sale until May. I’m not entirely sure why the series is being shifted into an OVA series instead of a TV series.
