Live Action Cowboy Bebop Will Not Suck!

Keanu Does Good by OtakuSo I have returned, the official spring preview is posted and I am free. So what is there to write about? Oh yeah… we now have an official comment on record promising that the upcoming live action ‘Cowboy Bebop’ movie will not suck. ANN posted a report this morning on Sunrise President Kenji Uchida speaking to people at TAF. In the report, Sunrise President Kenji Uchida said that it took two years of negotiations with Warner Bros to get the contract signed and that a quality control clause has been added, “If the script is terrible, the live-action film adaptation will not be approved.”

Uchida also talks a little about Reeves saying that it was his enthusiasm for the project that convinced him to approve the deal. Hm, trying to picture Keanu Reeves as a closet otaku… failing.

    Heh, about Reeves being an otaku…I’ve seen another interview where he said he was really excited about playing Spike..XD
