When They Cry Vol. 6Starting the new year off right with my first DVD review being the incredible conclusion of this series with ‘When They Cry Vol. 6′ from Geneon.

The theme of the ‘Atonement’ chapter is secrets. Rena has discovered the truth about the woman her dad is dating. All she wants is his money and has a partner in crime to help get it. Rena puts a stop to this by murdering both of them but she can’t cover up her crime herself. With the help of her friends, the group decides to keep a dark secret together.

As an added twist, it’s time for the annual cotton drifting festival which means that Tomitake and Takano are going to die again. In this chapter though, there are lots of secrets to be revealed. Rena has a couple of her own and eventually it will lead to her having to take certain matters into her own hands.
