Media Blasters DVD Review: Nighthead Genesis Vol. 2

Nighthead Genesis Vol. 2Yups, that’s right I’m sitting here closing out 2008 by getting another review posted. I’m just that kind of wild and crazy guy. Anyway, I’ve posted my review of the laughably bad Nighthead Genesis Vol. 2: Regret from Media Blasters. Hope everyone is having a happy and safe new year’s eve out there!

In the next five episodes of the bishie brothers drama, they will return to the place where they grew up only to find an empty lot and no one has any idea that there was even a house there to begin with. Looking for answers, they instead are asked to help with an odd string of suicides happening at a local school. One by one, members of the same circle of friends are killing themselves. Visiting the school, the brothers will spend three episodes meeting the students and eventually finding out the hidden truth.

After that, the brothers will meet the friend of the psychic Shoko from the first volume. The brothers will have to help her in order to get more answers to their past and how the young psychic plays into it. But finally the volume wraps up with a story about the brothers coming in contact with another psychic named Kamiya. He sees many things and one of them is the downfall of mankind with the brothers playing a large role in this. Eventually the three of them reluctantly begin working together in order to discover who the real source of the disaster will be and how it can be stopped.

Lol! I remember your first review of the first DVD for NHG!! I can’t believe you went and watched another one. Did you get it from the company to review? XD

Yeah…I’m quite sure I know why I never finished this series. XD

LOL No, I just do not like to give up on a series before the halfway point if at all possible… hence my review of Vol. 2. Yeah, I think I’m about done with this series. ^_^
